Can anyone give me tips on how to get fat / gain weight fast? or if possible within a week or a month? Please give specific kind of foods to eat or things that i should do. And if possible please refrain from giving tips which are medicines that i should buy online.

I eat about 800-1000 cals a day to maintain and or lose weight…I'm 5'9 140lbs. trying to get back down to 130 after having a baby. I'm not promoting not eating but I have always lost weight this and maintained it by keeping my caloric intake low…is it b/c some people starve themselves and then binge eat? It doesn't seem like my metabolism has slowed at all
