18 years old 6'2 190 pounds I take Muscle Milk protein, creatine, glutamine, and a multi vitamin and I'm thinking of taking usp labs "prime" supplement.. I work out strength train alot

How do you prevent weight gain while fasting and crash dieting?
Esp. when you are going to be working out relaly hard?
I know that the body can go 75 days without food provided it has plenty of water, but if you want to go beyond 75 days, how do you prevent weight gain?

Im 14 and i weigh 90 pounds! And i look really skinny too. I really want to put weight on especially since summers here, but the problem is no matter how much i eat( and i eat a lot) it never shows cause of my fast metabolism. So any help here?

I really need to get faster and build leg muscles for sprinting. Do you guys/girls have any tips or help?

Im 32, 5'11", 140lbs, I smoke ciggs and pot, drink occasionally, and have begun a workout program, but i am still finding it hard to gain weight. My metabolism is through the roof, and i seem to fluctuate between 138 and 145. How do I keep the weight coming?
