best way to build muscle fast?

Im a 19 year old female, im 5′6 and i weigh 107. im way underweight..ive tried everything. I eat like a pig but i have a racing metabolism. I even went on birth control pill to gain weight and i didn’t. My only hope now is to gain muscle. What can i do to gain that in a quick amount of time?

unless you take steroids which i dont recommend
do you run a lot? go to the gym at all? – you could start weight training seriously (4 times a week) like those women hockey/rugby players they’re pretty strong
back, biceps, chest, triceps, and legs – break these muscle groups up into 2 or 3 days like for example,
monday – back and biceps
tuesday – chest, tris
wednesday – legs, and assss (if u want)
