@YoungCutthroat if he never meant two weeks he wouldnt say two weeks and if he really meant your get riipped alot faster with this then any other program then he would and should say youll get more ripped with this program then you would with any other program.
@knewok I don’t think Brandon means 2 weeks literally. What I THINK he means is that you’ll get ripped faster than you would on most other programs. I haven’t seen him program, so I don’t know. I’m gonna give it a shot and see what results I achieve in a month if I follow it perfectly.

how do you build up the inner and lower chest? my chest is quite “big” but it slopes right in towards the middle and also slopes towards my abs i have little fat on me so i dont know why the bottom is not cut and defined. thanks.
