all i said was that training without supplements is very time inefficient than training with supplements.
if u can prove that training without supplements of any kind is more beneficial, damn dude. u should be a scientist and write a book. maybe even get a prize, cos you just proved that black is white.
and how old are you and for how long have you been training? what may take an “all natural” guy to achieve in 10 years because of stubbornness, can be achieved in 2 years with adequate nourishment. the amount of protein you need to ingest to grow is close to impossible and very cost inefficient.
im 145, 5 ft 6, and bench press 230 pounds….you may be wrong about that…

145 pound? shit load of muscle? dude, unless you are 3 feet tall, 145 pounds is barely enough for paper weight. gaining muscle and losing fat are 2 unrelated differences. you’re skin and bones dude, not “shit load of muscle”
not all the time man i use to be 200 all fat i joined wrestling at my school and im 145 with a shit load of muscle but i always find a way to better my self i did this with out any supplement

Also, if you read what Michael Phelps ate to train for the olympics, you’ll realize he eats a lot more than most fat people do. The key is that he could burn off all the energy from the food and turn it into amazingly powerful muscle. Hope that helps.

The food you eat turns into energy, the more you eat the more energy you’ll have to do the workouts, meaning you can do more of the workout without getting fatigued.
The energy you don’t use turns into fat. That’s why fat people are looked upon as lazy people by society.
Some people have a higher metabolism than others, meaning food passes through them quicker so it doesn’t store into fat. People with higher metabolisms need to eat more often during the day to keep the energy.
