good vid but i prefer doin back/biceps 1 day and chest/triceps next day.. and cardio/abbs everyday and legs somdays, put on more muscle etc i feel

and i thought we can have the legs wider apart (something like lunge position) so rest the left elbow on the left quads/knee area if doing rows on the right side. is this alright/proper?

dude stick to the basics ive been doing these for like 3 weeks and iv gotten a lot stronger, ive increased my bench 10 pounds and im able to bust out like 15-17 pullups.
dont use more weight then you can handle on this one.. you can injure your ellbow.
Haha Vinny is having hard times with that One Arm Row Dumbell doesnt seen like a natural movemetn for him same for the squat

´when he do the benchpress lookalike in the beggining with hantel´s or wtf its called..it better to lay on a bench so u can go deeper…+ i even use bigger hantels then him.
he’s pecs r too big for his size, but still better than small pecs. he looks good still
