im 16, 5ft 8 and weigh 155 pounds im trying to build lean mass. i eat loads more, drink lots of whole milk cos of vitamins, try to eat more protein. i also take weight gainer powder cos its full of protein, calories and looooooads of vitamins. i really want to increase my build though.
I totally agree with you bro. You don’t need a damn boflex to get bigger. All those people are mesomorphs with great genetics that were big before they ever touched the boflex.

You should make sure you are doing some pulling exercises too. You are getting good work with the pushing muscles, but you need more pull work. A stretch band or chinups will suffice. The curved pushups are good, and hit the upper back, but not the entire lats.
U did gain a little weight Rosario. It shows. It’s not a huge difference, obviously, but it’s definitely there.

i think the best way to get big fast is to take the protein called “muscle juice”…it has freakin 1250 calories per serving with milk and 55g of protein…dont tell me that wont put on some weight. the cheapest place to get it is probably stronger nutrition for 25 bucks. if you go to their website to order something, you can use my referral code, 22X6U, if you want 10% off…just throwin that out there
i have been on muscle juice for 2 weeks now. i was 142 when i started im now 151 so it is working. and when it comes to hardgainers they just dont come like me. very very high meabolism but ya im on that same one you described 55g of protein per serving. i throw about 5 servings in a bottle with a whole bag of skimmed milk and sip on that for the morning and again before bed. aked awhile to consume a bag of milk but i do it. only downside that shit is like 80 dollars
