So, i’m almost 15 and trying to lose weight and build muscle to look good for girls and to be healthy

i’m currently eating healthy (no soda,candy,sweets) eating some vegetables, drinking more water,etc

but what are some exercises i can do to help get toned, i have a stationary bike that i ride for a hour which burns about 350 calories

Im a pretty skinny person, yet i work out almost every day, and hav been for months.
