Need a good diet plan to gain weight?

I need to gain weight right now, I am a 15 year old male who weighs a 100 pounds. My current height right now is 5′5.

Can anybody give me the kind of food I should eat so I can gain weight? I am planning to go to gym in line with a good diet.

Like how many cups of rice should I eat in a meal? How many fruits, vegetables or meat? What kind of foods should I eat? How many meals per day?

I am obese and I am wondering if anyone knows of a published prenatal diet to prevent unnecessary weight gain. Please don’t tell me to see a nutritionist unless you have a specific recommendation of a nutritionist that specializes in prenatal diets in Philadelphia! Thanks.
