I am trying to loose about 10 pounds all together. I have cut my calorie intake so that i should loose 1 pound per week. In addition to that, i have been walking 30 minutes a day and doing 30 minutes of abdominal and butt pilates per day. I was wondering if even though my calculations come out as me loosing 1 pound a week, i will gain muscle weight because of the extra strength exercise I am doing? Does any one know? Thank you!

I'm a 17 year old and im 5'11 and 132 pounds !! I'm looking for healthy ways to gain weight , mostly muscle weight as I don't want to gain weight by fat , I do exercise lightly , push ups , crunches , biceps curls. So what's the most effective way to gain weight ?
I currently cant go to a gym , so home exercises and diet is my only 2 options to gain weight !

I have been following the program to the tee! This is my second week, and so I weighed myself today to mark progress. Last week I lost weight, this week I gained 2 lbs!!! How is this possible when I am exercising doing cardio and weights 6 times a week and eating exactly what i'm supposed to. Could this be muscle weight so quickly? I've heard that others doing that program tended to gain weight first and then lose it around the 3rd and 4th week mark. Could this be what's happening?

I am a 6 foot 155 lb male in my late 30’s and in good shape. Will the p90x program help me put on muscle weight? What should I expect? What kind of nutrition plan would I need to follow?
