I just started working out a few weeks ago. I did a lot of sports until I was in my mid 20th and then due to children, work, job I just did not find the time again. I was slim all my life and I can eat whatever i feel like without gaining weight. I am healthy and do not have an eating disorder, my boddy just can handle food very well.
