Right now i am taking protein and amplified creatine. I know there is also Leukic. but what is the best and most efficient? what are the best brands and are there other supplements that are good.
I’m 6′4″ and 180 pounds. I’ve never been able to put on weight. I eat well, but don’t have allot of money to be buying expensive supplements. I seem to hover around the same weight /- 10 pounds. I need a diet plan and weight lifting program.I’d appreciate the help.
To clarify more in detail, my diet is 4000calories daily (consisting of Myoplex, bananas, udo's, brown rice, spinach, eggs, wheat bread, lentils, protein bars and other supplements) but I need to replace the only meat on the diet which is chicken. So is there something (other than what's already listed) that i can consume (being a new vegetarian) that is comparable to 12oz of chicken breast daily? The substitute needs it to be close to 420calories, 100(g) protein, 0 carbs, 12(g) fat. Any suggestions that meets this criteria? I've asked around, and no one seems to know of any specific answer,…please help. thanks.
