How to ensure equitable post – dieting weight gain?
Please help me out on this. I have been eating quite less for the past 3 months and have lost like 15g. But it got overdone and all my skeletal and shoulder bones have become awfully superficial. On everyones advice,I started eating normally and am trying to hide all those upper bones. But the weight is accumilating only on my belly and the facial bones are still naked. I am thin and fat at the same time. How do I ensure that the weight gain goes to my superficial areas and not my abdomen? Please sggest something.

Unfortunatly, you can't choose where fat goes, it goes where it wants. To hde them you might have to build up the muscle around them.
