okay well i am going to do this and start today!
I just weighed myself and i weigh 183.5 (that upsets me)
i am 14,183.5lbs, and 6″1/2ft tall.
If i do this for a week starting today,doing it at least 3 times a day. right after school then an hour later and so on how much weight do u think i can loose?

but that’s nothing really, what i do is eat specail k cereal in the morn. and eat as i normally do,but NO SNACKING! then i do 50(+) crunches before i go to bed so far I’ve lost 13 pounds over 3 weeks. that’s like 5 pounds lost in a week!
i know what its like being a teen that’s over weight. Im almost 13 and i used to wiegh 208 (i know omg right?) but now i wiegh 197 doing as i said (in the vid) and i only gone out with 3 guys because of my fatness

oh nice i used to be skinny then i joined my schools football team and drank that muscle milk crap and out of nowhere gained weight now i weight like 180 but trying to lose 30 pounds now
haha i like this guy, he’s funny. The points he makes are true, it’s just funny how he makes his point. this video is interval training. I use a heart monitor i run at moderate pace till it gets to 155bpm then i walk till it gets down to 140bpm i do this for 25mins. I like this because, as your fitness improves, you’d be running “longer” durations as the “recovery” time will decrease.
If you have a scale throw it a way. You can lose 5lbs in 1 day or gain it, based on your water retention

Anything that promotes healthy weight loss is good. Not sure if I have the room at home to set up the ‘track’ but the principle is sound. Thanks and good luck with the program.
hopefully pounds. 200 kilograms = 441 pounds approxiamately. i dont think a 441 pounder would think about running anytime soon. at first he/she needs to learn how to get out of the bed before thinking about running.
A) your body will not loose fat untill you have breakfast (that gets your matabalisim going) b) THE KEY IS DIET!!!!!!!! eat 6 times a day high protien and LOE GLYSIMIC carbs! the more muscle you put on the faster you will burn fat. for men 1.5 grams of protien per body weight spread out over 6 meals. Foe women about 1 gram of protien per body weight.Go to my youtube page and messege me if you REALLY want to loose fat. wait why am i even comenting on this?
