I have been 98lbs for the past 4-5yrs im trying to gain weight, also in the breasts and butt area?
I been the same weight for the past 4-5yrs, im 17yrs old and weight about 98lbs. Im trying to gain weight , also want that weight to focus on the breast size and butt im a 34B. My mother and sister are both big breasted so i know mine can get bigger. I have a small body frame I am 5'2 tall. I cant seem to follow regualr gain weight diets cuz i get full really fast so everytime time im hungry every couple hours i grabe a healthy snack such as a granola bar or if i want a a meal, i make spagahetti or eat chicken. Ive also been chewing my food alot more till its like soup and eating more slowly, i just started this the 10th of october so i know it hasnt been that long but if i keep doing this, should my breasts and butt size get bigger? (I also do exercise and work out every now in then n gym) P.S. Is it true your breasts can get bigger if you eat b4 you go to sleep and sleep without your bra on? Just a rumor i heard, My goal weight is 110-115lbs. I want to increase breasts/ butt size!

Okay, if you eat before you go to bed, you don't work it off and therefore can gain more weight. But your chest can grow until you're in your twenties, and you shouldn't try to gain weight! Just try to eat healthily, and your body will do what it should. You can't choose where you will gain weight. Sleeping without your bra on, I don't think that has any effect on anything. It's good that you choose healthy snacks, and you should eat a variety of foods. You can (I've read this in magazines) build up muscle in your chest and that will make your boobs bigger, or the muscle under them make them look bigger I think. I think the same goes for your butt. If you get more muscle, then it will be bigger with muscle, but you will have to keep exercising so that it stays being muscular because I read in a magazine or somewhere lol that the muscle will stop being so hard but not turn to fat if you don't keep it up. Also, I had a counselor once at camp whose mother and sister were flat, but she and her aunt were C's, or something.
If I were you goes see your doctor to find out why your weight are not enough as you should have? Your doctor wille exam and blood sample to find out what is going on your body system.
