I have been in the same as you searching for a muscle gain diet. And you look and look trying to find that one diet that is going to answer all your prayers and pack on the pounds like no other, but time after time you end up with the same information and stuck in the same spot. But there is hope and you CAN put on weight by participating in a good balanced muscle gain diet.

Putting on weight is definitely not the easiest thing to do but it can be done with a little knowledge and discipline. You must be consistent when trying to put on weight especially if you are a hardgainer. Being a hardgainer you have a very fast metabolism and what you eat gets burned up by your body very quickly so you must constantly consume food. Another problem is that hardgainers will eat a lot of junk food that have no real caloric value and so they still get very poor results. Your weight gain diet has to contain a lot of foods that as they say, “stick to your ribs”. Foods like, Chicken, Fish, Potatoes, Oatmeal, beans, bread, etc. These are the type of foods you really need when formulating a good weight gain diet.

Review your weight gain diet now and see what you are eating on a daily basis and see how many of the foods I listed are part of your diet. If you don’t have many or none at all I suggest that you add them if you are serious about putting on some good size.
