I’m definitely below 6g/day” Excellent, that’s what’s important, if you like cheese I strongly suggest the low-fat option as it will raise cholesterol, and I’m unsure how much salt cheese contains (worth checking out). If your cholesterol levels do get higher, swap cheese for fish e.g. mackeral/sardines/tuna and it’ll sort itself right out.

I completely agree! I’ve been hypoglycemic my entire life, and haven’t eaten sugar in a really long time. I hate going to regular grocery stores, there’s only a handful of foods I can actually eat. Walmart’s canned beans even has high fructose corn syrup in it. That’s rediculous!
I quit drinking Dr Pepper 12 days ago and have yet to see the scale drop. I would drink 2 to three per day, any suggestions?
*Only read the description as I dont have audio speakers yet.* This was kind of obvious to me, my intake of soda has increased from once a week to 4 a day. The weight gain has being tremendous! I got body fat now.

Yes! Read your food lables! Amazing at the number of items that contain sugar OR sugar derivatives like HFCS, glucose, fructose ect. He is right, just as with salt, it is easy to consume large amounts of these substances “hidden” in food.
i can eat sooo much chocolat in a day its crazy…tableron bars..im talking about the biiig one..give me 15 mins and its gone..and i could eat more and more and more.and i also have an incridible large apetite.i can eat 3 big plate, one after the other.guess what.i weight 170 pounds and its been like that for the past 10 years.can u say high metabolism

Check for intestinal worms and metabolic illness. Seriously dude, it may be just the way your body’s working, but I kinda doubt it.

The scale cannot pick up on all body changes.
if possible do it once a week and judge by the changes you see in yourself/feel. and nothing works better than exercise and eating healthier.
Maybe you’re eating other sugary or fattening foods. Examine your entire diet, not just one aspect.
Ok what’s wrong with smoothies? I eat a smoothie which I make myself every morning.
I wish I could communicate with you directly and ask you some direct, specific questions about certain foods and get your advice on foods and types of meals and how to prepare them…

beyrus: I think that he was only warning about those smoothies and juices that are in restaurants and cafes that sometimes have extra sugar added to them. There’s NOTHING wrong with your homemade smoothies and juices.

juices and sometimes smoothies remove the fiber from the fruit and just include the sugar.
I make my smoothies in a blender, nothing is removed, it is simply blended together.
People need to learn how to appreciate real food.
Even i have problems.
I don’t like ketchup or chill though.
I only like maynaisse.
