ive been exercising for 30min evryday for 2 months now…wat happens if i incorporate this routine in my daily exercise? wil it be detrimental???
Losing weight is mainly about the balance of diet and exercise, but you shouldn’t work your abs daily, have at least one rest day each week.
Another thing to do is make sure you burn off more calories than you consume, thats essential for weight loss
i’ve done stuff like this….
i did 15,000 crunches over 4 months
and instead of losing the slight podge covering my 6 pack… i just made them bigger and stronger but still keeping them covered and not looking any differen’t if u get wot i mean.

do allot body weight exercises with hardly any rest in intervals check out my play list on my channel the first few videos show the best fat burning exercises and the most ull need is a Resistance band and try to work out in the morning before you eat so that way your body is like a furnace and burns calories faster for the rest of the day make sure u eat breakfast after for sure and go for walks for at least 10 mins after each meal i guarantee ul lose weight it worked for me
if your trying to loose weight its 50% diet and 50% excercise
if your trying to get strong it alot of carbohydrates and protein it will build you muscle mass and incrrease strength

Carbs are just sugar in a costume.They spike insulin levels in your blood. Insulin is a fat storing hormone. With the limit of sugar / carbs u naturally swith to burning your stored fat for a perfect energy source.. Fat is our NATURAL energy source. The western world pushed sugar a a STAPLE diet. It’s a drug… If your body craves it then it is a drug. My comments below are extreme but have EXTREME results and is perfectly healthy.U do feel like crap 4 th 1st few days but that is ur body changin

yea idk i’m trying it and u can feel it working start doing it once a day and then 2 times a day morning and night and watch what u eat don’t eat after 6:00pm and go 2 bed hungry and don’t eat bread and rice they give u a belly A FAT BELLY good luck i hope this will help u

Has anyone tried this? If you have how long until you could see first results?
ive been going about 2 weeks now, nothing visual yet but you can defianlty feel the muscle starting to form underneath
You should only do this work-out 2-3 times a week with rest in between for 4 weeks to get maximum results out of it. then go onto something else.
defiantly does this workout at least 2 times a day! i swear and promise you will see results of abs because im a girl and i have a little fat on my belly but i do ab workouts like these everyday and trust me i do have abs because of these stuff.
