Weight gain program in place. Trying to get pudgy. Not weighing for a week, but I need new ideas. Help plz!
I started my weight gain program. So far I have gotten the best ideas from friends and here on answers.
Program.
Hagen Daaz pint right before bed every night this week.
Eating garlic bread, french bread style with tons of butter lots every day.
No breakfast.
One really full round meal, meat potato, desert style for dinner.
Lots of fattening snacks like peanut butter and crackers.
I am not going to weigh till friday.
Now please no smart remarks on how unhealthy it is to gain weight. I totally understand lots of people cannot understand how someone would want to be pudgy, but I think pudgy women are far prettier. I am trying to gain fat, not muscle. I utterly care less about health for the moment. Also I know I will get some stretch marks and dimples.
I know I probably wont lose it once i gain it.
What I need is fresh ideas to give my diet variety of fattening and delicious foods so I can keep gaining. I am trying to gain 40 lbs. I am sick of thin.

Lordy, you are pretty unique. Gawd, when I first moved to the USA 5 years ago I gained around 10 to 15 pounds almost overnight. I am naturally fairly slim, so never weighed myself and always ate what I liked. I think the reason was that portion sizes here are huge, plus I was drinking more booze when socializing. Also I was a vegetarian but a not very healthy one, just eating lots of carbs.
So my advice is, just eat a lot of everything. Lots of bread and pasta, and beer and desert………………yum.
I read that Renee Zellweger fattened up for her Bridget Jones role by eating several doughnuts per day. Lucky her, lucky you!
Thats just ignorant. You can gain weight by eating healthy food and not dying of a heart attack ten years. And how would "no breakfast" help you gain weight? Intaking more calories than you use is what makes you gain weight, the calories dont have to come from fat to get fat.
eat protein bars with in addition to your meals, fatty foods arn't necessarily how you gain weight. You can eat high calorie foods that are still good for you like almonds and peanuts/peanut butter. You should be concerned about the amount of calories not the amount of fat. You need to consume 3500 more calories than you burn to gain one pound.
you really do sound a little confused but I will entertain you since I do believe women who carry an extra10-30 pounds are much more beautiful than the status quo……ok here we go….eat salads with full fat dressing and add a little olive oil to add more calories….eat bread at every meal….eat breakfast because it just adds to your daily caloric intake….eat right before you go to bed…..substitute all your nonfat dairy products with the full fat version….and pair high fat foods like dairy, with high carb foods like bread, rice, pasta….basically eat at carrabas whenever you can you'll be pleasantly plump in no time!
wow ! this is pretty strange but i admire you for your dedication and your ability to be a leader and not a follower. That is pretty brave of you.If you eat a lot of double cheesburgers and donuts you will gain fast.
fast food. big macs have like half a days worth of calories.
but i dont understand, being a "pudgy" girl, im trying to get fit.
i think youre fine the way god made you, and the only way you'll ever be beautiful is if you make peace with your body and really love yourself for who you are, not your weight.
yea i had the problem i was 5' 9" 122 pounds. I tryed everything everyone had told me (eat MORE!!!, and work out!), but really it was just genetics. But my doc recommended i try vita salveo to slow my metabolism down. I was pretty surprised to find weight gian pills. Something that finally worked i gained 11 pounds the first month a will continur to take it till i reach my goal. this is where i got it from http://www.weightgainplus.com/a/3116 good luck : )
